Opatia

Opatia is a Croatian city on the west, with a total population of 12,719 according to the last census in 2001st year. The town is situated in a large park near the Učka Nature Park and it offers its visitors holiday in summer and winter because of its beautiful nature and landscaped old villas, beach and promenade.

Split

Split is the second largest city in Croatia and it has 178,192 inhabitants. Located on the Adriatic coast in Dalmatia, on the Split peninsula, surrounded by Croatian islands of Brac, Hvar and Solta. Split is divided on two parts, Old City - inside of the palace and New City - west of the Old Town, with the National Square to present Marmont Street.

Porec

Porec is a Croatian city located on the peninsula of Istria, more specifically on the west coast. Porec has about 20,000 inhabitants making it the second largest city by population in Istria immediately after Pula. Most of the population are Croats and other minorities like Slovenians, Italians, Serbs and Albanians.

Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is a city situated on the southern Croatia, and makes one of the most historic Croatian tourist destinations. Dubrovnik was added to the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites in 1976. Dubrovnik stretches over an area of 143.35 km2 and has 43,770 inhabitants. Average annual temperature of Dubrovnik at 16.6 ° C, and summer high is 26 ° C. The coldest month of the year is January, although the snow and low temperatures are pretty rare. The warmest month ois August. In one year, the city has 109 rainy days of which just 14 are in summer, which indicates a problem with the drought in summer.

Rijeka

Rijeka is a city located in the Western Croatia, and is the third largest city in Croatia. The city is located on the northern coast of the Gulf of Rijeka for the entire depth of the sea (60 m) and is convenient for the largest sailing ships making Rijeka an important seaport. Brac

Vir

As we promised, we did a story while we were on vacation on the beautiful island of Vir.

Vir is an island located near the city of Zadar, and has an area of 22.38 km2. The island is located 26 km from Zadar, which is also a very popular tourist destination in Croatia.
