Porec is a Croatian city located on the peninsula of Istria,
more specifically on the west coast. Porec has about 20,000 inhabitants making
it the second largest city by population in Istria immediately after Pula. Most
of the population are Croats and other minorities like Slovenians, Italians,
Serbs and Albanians.
